摘要
蒙脱石与粉煤灰混合,加入黏结剂和发泡剂制备成复合颗粒吸附材料。在静态条件下,研究了蒙脱石/粉煤灰颗粒复合材料对电镀废水中重金属离子的吸附性能,探讨了影响吸附性能的因素。实验研究结果表明,蒙脱石/粉煤灰颗粒复合材料最佳吸附条件为:在温度为25℃(常温)、振荡频率为110 r/min的条件下,颗粒吸附材料用量为0.05 g/cm3,pH值为6,反应时间为60 min。在最佳条件下颗粒吸附材料对电镀废水中Cu2+,Ni2+,Zn2+和Cr6+的吸附率高达98.19%,97.8%,96.17%和96.78%,处理后其残留浓度分别为0.479 mg/L,0.750 mg/L,0.531 mg/L和0.419mg/L,均低于国家污水综合排放标准(GB8978—1996)一级标准。
Montmorillonite and fly ash can be mixed by adding additive(industrial starch) and cementitious agents into particulate composite.In static conditions,the adsorptive capacity of particulate composite to the heavy metals in electroplating wastewater is researched.The factors influencing adsorption process are discussed.The results show that the best adsorptive technological conditions of montmorillonite/ fly ash particulate composite is a temperature of 25 ℃,oscillating frequency of 110 r/min,the dosage of granule adsorbing material of 0.05 g/cm3,the solution pH value of 6,the reaction time of 60 minutes.Under the optimum condition,the adsorption rates of Cu2+,Ni2+,Zn2+ and Cr6+ is respectively 98.19%,97.8%,96.17% and 96.78%.The residual concentration is respectively 0.479 mg/L,0.75 mg/L,0.531 mg/L and 0.419 mg/L,which is lower than the first standard of country effluent.
