摘要
自然崩落法是地下开采中成本最低的采矿方法,但其结构参数的合理选择是一直没有解决的难点。针对实际工程中存在大量的模糊信息,采用层次分析法建立方案优选综合评判指标体系,运用模糊数学对各方案参数进行综合评判优选。该方法全面考虑了影响自然崩落法的多种定性和定量指标。给出各种指标的影响程度权值,对各因素的重要性进行了评价,避免单一的方法和判据所造成的局限性。将该方法应用到河南某矿山的崩落法参数的优选中,在5种预选的参数方案中,得出待选方案3最优越。该方法简便可行,结论可靠,并在实际工作应用中取得了良好的效果。
The structure parameter optimization of natural caving is a very difficult problem though the method is the cheapest in underground mining.Synthetic assessment indexes system of schemes is established according to the AHP method and the fuzzy mathematics method fundamental theory is used to structure parameter optimization based on so much fuzzy information in practice.Many kinds of factors are considered in the method,such as qualitative and qualitative influence factors working on the natural caving method.The weight of every factor is given for the AHP method and the importance of every factor is evaluated to avoid the limitation of single criterion in the structure parameter.The results of assessment show that the third case is the best in the five reselected cases.This method is proved simple,satisfactory and reliable.The excellent results are obtained in practical application.
