摘要
介绍了双边传动的活齿端面谐波齿轮传动装置的结构特点,研究了工作啮合副啮合总面积的变化规律,为了使啮合总面积的最小值最大、而且最大值与最小值的差最小,提出了将两端的端面齿轮的轮齿在圆周方向互相错开一定角度的结构设计方案,并得出了适宜的错开角度值θE以及错开θE后工作啮合副啮合总面积的计算公式。
In this article,the structural characteristics of transmission mechanism of double-drived oscillating-teeth end-face harmonic gear is introduced,and changing disciplinarian on the total meshing area of the meshing pair is researched.Teeth of the two gears are arranged to be interlocked with a certain angle along with the circular direction,in order to maximize the minimum value of the meshing area and minimize the difference between the max value and the min value.Meanwhile,the right interlocked angle θE and the caculating formular of the total meshing area of meshing pair with the angle θE being interlocked is deduced.
