建国以来我国区域经济差异变动的空间分解——基于不同区划方式的比较

The Spatial Decomposition of China's Regional Economic Disparities Changes:A Comparison Based on Different Methods of Districts Division

自东、中、西三大地带的区划方式正式出现在国家"七五计划"中,以此为基础进行区域经济发展研究的文献层出不穷。但是相对而言,这种区划方式仍然是一种较为简单粗略的划分方式,对省际空间结构、经济联系等考虑不足,因此分析区域经济问题可能存在系统性的偏差。本文试图引入新的区划方式,以Theil指数对我国区域经济差异进行空间分解,并与三大地带区划方式的计算结果进行比较,并以此说明采用更加细致且更符合区域经济发展实际状况的区划方式对研究区域经济差异问题的价值所在。

After the traditional methods of districts division which is called＂eastern, central and western areas division＂officially appear first in the national＂Seventh Five-Year Program＂, it was used in much literature as a basis for regional economic research. But relatively speaking, this division is still a relatively simple way of division, on the, lacks of consideration of provincial economic ties, spatial structure, which could resulted in systematic deviations when it was used in analyzing regional economic problems. This paper attempts to take use of a new districts division approach, decompose China＇s regional economic disparities with Theil index, and compare the result with the calculation of the traditional districts division approach. The conclusion is the district division approach which is more detailed and more consistent with the actual condition of regional economic development should be used in regional economic disparities research.
