Proposal for Establishment of Platform of Integrated OA Medical Information Service

重点介绍建立开放存取(Open access,OA)医药卫生文献信息资源整合及集成服务平台的意义,探讨建设该平台的目标和基本原则、框架结构、核心业务流程,包括信息的收集、组织和提供服务等。一旦该服务平台开发成功,将为医学科研、医疗、教学和卫生决策人员提供一站式医药文献信息服务,提高和强化医学图书情报系统文献信息支持和保障能力,发挥其在医学科技创新、卫生政策制定、疾病控制与预防等方面的支撑作用。

This paper summaries the significance of establishing a platform of the integrated OA medical information service and discusses the aim and basic principles,framework,the main workflow of the platform.The workflow includes information collection,organization and service.When the service platform is established,it will provide ＂all-in-one＂ medical information service for the medical researchers,health care personnel,teachers and health policy makers in the medial institutions,which would improve and strengthen the supportive capacities and information service of the medical library to provide medical literature and information and to play important role in medical science and technology innovation,health policy decision and disease control/prevention.
