北京地区40余家医院2007～2009年口服降糖药利用分析

Utilization of Oral Hypoglycemic Drugs in 40 Hospitals of Beijing Area during the Period of 2007～2009

目的:评价北京地区医院口服降糖药的应用现状和趋势。方法:采用回顾性方法,对北京地区40余家医院2007～2009年口服降糖药的品种、销售金额、用药频度(DDDs)、日均费用等进行统计、分析。结果:该地区医院口服降糖药销售金额年均增长率达15%,其中阿卡波糖3年来一直居销售排行榜第1位,占口服降糖药总销售金额的42%左右;二甲双胍的DDDs在2007、2009年中排名榜首,阿卡波糖的DDDs在2008年列首位。结论:北京地区医院口服降糖药用量呈上升趋势。预计今后高效、安全、依从性好的药物将受到临床青睐。

OBJECTIVE：To evaluate the status quo and development trend of the utilization of oral hypoglycemic drugs in Beijing area. METHODS：By retrospective analysis,the utilization of oral hypoglycemic drugs in 40 hospitals of Beijing area from 2007 to 2009 was analyzed statistically in respect of categories of drugs,consumption sum,DDDs and DDC. RESULTS：The annu- al increasing rate of the consumption sum of oral hypoglycemic drugs in Beijing area reached 15%. Acarbose took up the first place in the list of consumption sum in 3 years,accounting for about 42% of the total consumption sum. In terms of DDDs,dimethylbig- uanide took the lead place in 2007 and 2009 while acarbose ranked at the first place in 2008. CONCLUSION：The consumption of oral hypoglycemic drugs in Beijing area has been on the rise. The oral hypoglycemic drugs with high efficiency,good safety and tolerability will be welcome in the clinic in the future.
