摘要
利用计算机数值模拟技术与实验相结合的方法,着重研究了喷射成型过程中、中间包坩埚中金属熔体液面高度对雾化锥的喷雾密度函数的影响,以及对喷射成型制备圆锭的成型性的影响。随着中间包坩埚中金属熔体液面的降低,熔体质量流率不断减小,从而使雾化锥喷雾密度函数发生改变。依靠调整接收基板的下降速度可获得预定外形尺寸的圆锭。
Computer numerical simulation technology and experiment was used to study the effect that melt flow on the mass flow rate of melt, the spray density function M(D), as well as the shaping of billet made by spray forming process. The research results show that, when the melt in the tundish is decreasing, the mass flow rate of melt will decrease, and so the spray density function will change. Under this condition, the tailormade billet could be produced by make corresponding change on the descending velocity of the receiver.
