摘要
目的:探讨坏疽穿孔性阑尾炎术后的治疗方案及药学监护内容。方法:以1例妊娠合并坏疽穿孔性阑尾炎患者为例,分析患者治疗方案,为其制订个体化的药学监护方案。结果:通过药学监护,为临床提供了合理用药方案。结论:临床药师参与临床制订用药方案,可以帮助临床解决用药过程中的实际问题,加强患者用药针对性,提高救治成功率。
OBJECTIVE：To discuss the postoperative therapeutic regimen and pharmaceutical care for patient after gangrenous perforative appendicitis operation. METHODS：Taking 1 case of pregnancy complicated with gangrenous perforative appendicitis as example,the therapeutic regimen was analyzed,and individual pharmaceutical care was formulated. RESULTS：The reasonable drug therapy was provided by providing pharmaceutical care. CONCLUSION：Clinical pharmacist participating in formulation of drug therapy contributes to disposal of clinical medication and pertinent drug therapy to improve successful rate of treatment.
