计算机控制铝铸棒切断系统的研制与应用

Development & Application of Computer-controlled Cut-off System of Cast Aluminium Bar

铝铸棒切断是为铝型材加工备料的过程，铝铸棒切断系统是铝型材加工过程中的重要设备。本文分析了国内企业现有系统存在的问题，提出对整个铝铸棒切断系统采用计算机控制的方法，对部分重要设备进行设计，同时对铝铸棒切断系统的工艺流程进行合理布局。

Oen of the operations to prepare feed for working profiled aluminium is to cut off cast aluminium bar by a cut-off system known as key installation. This article analyxes the troubles occurring in existing systems in some chines'e enterprises, and gives a series of ways to overcome them such as controlling by computer, improving design of some key devices,and rationally positioning its flowsheet and equipment.
