巨大胰腺内分泌肿瘤手术治疗探讨

摘要 80%的胰岛素瘤直径〈2cm,但其他大多数胰腺内分泌肿瘤（PEN）体积都较大,包括原发于胰腺的胃泌素瘤,以及胰高糖素瘤、血管活性肠肽瘤、胰多肽瘤和无功能性肿瘤。但一般所说的巨大肿瘤,其直径多〉5cm。
