消痔洗剂治疗痔疮300例

Clinical Observation on Treatment of Hemorrhoids in Xiaozhi Lotion

目的观察消痔洗剂熏洗治疗痔疮的临床疗效。方法选择符合标准的痔疮患者300例,采用随机分组方法分为两组,试验组200例采用消痔洗剂熏洗坐浴治疗,对照组100例采用高锰酸钾坐浴治疗,疗程10天。结果①总体疗效方面,治疗组有效率为97%,对照组有效率为74%,两组疗效相比,差异有显著性意义,治疗组明显优于对照组;②改善临床症状方面,治疗组经治疗后肛门便血、脱出、疼痛、坠胀、外痔水肿、痔核黏膜改善及总症状体征积分减少均较对照组显著明显(P<0.05)。结论消痔洗剂对痔疮有明显的治疗作用,能明显改善痔疮症状,起到止血、固脱、消肿、止痛等作用。

Objective： To observe the clinical effect of Xiaozhi Lotion on Fumigation-washing treatment of hemorrhoids. Method： Divide 200 patients randomly into two groups. Treatment group of 100 cases treatment by a hip bath of Xiaozhi Lotion Fumigation,and control group of 100 cases treatment by a hip bath of Potassium Permanganate. Both course of treatments for 10 days. Result：① In overall efficacy,the treatment group effective rate was 97% ,and the control group effective rate was 74% . Compared to the therapeutic effect ,the difference was significant,and treatment group was significantly better than the control group. ②In improving the clinical symptoms,treatment group after treatment significantly reduced compared with control group on anal blood in the stool,prolapse,pain,bulge,external hemorrhoids edema, Blind pile mucous membrane improvement and total symptom symptom （P 0. 05）. Conclusion： Xiaozhi Lotion have the obvious therapeutic action to hemorrhoids,can improve hemorrhoids symptom obviously,and stop bleeding,solid off,reduces swelling,pain and so on.
