摘要 建立了一种利用密封微波消化溶样技术结合导数火焰原子吸收光谱法测定奶粉中锌和铁的方法。吸收信号用自制的导数测量装置进行处理。实验结果表明,微波消化处理样品较通常的湿法消化快速、准确,而导数火焰原子吸收光谱法灵敏度高。这两项技术的结合,可以缩短分析时间,提高灵敏度,降低检测限,改善精密度。 A new method based on the techniques of closed vessel microwave digestion and derivative flame atomic absorption spectrome- try is presented for the determination of iron and zinc in milk powder. The absorption signal is processed by a home-made deriva- tive measurement apparatus. The experimental results demonstrate that microwave digestion is a more rapid and accurate sample treatment method than conventional wet digestion method and the derivetive flame atomic absorption spectrometry is much mores sensitive. The combination of the two techniques is able to reduce analysis time, increase sensitivity, and improve detection limit and pecision.
