不同表面积固定化酵母载体活化速度的研究

摘要 模拟糖蜜酒精生产厂2%~2.5%(w/v)的载体装填量,采用4块相同质量、不同细胞含量和不同表面积的载体进行起种活化。结果表明,载体表面积对起种速度的贡献显著大于载体所含细胞总量;同时对载体分别进行分批补料恒容活化实验,结果4块载体都能承受连续流加的冲击,使料液的游离酵母数保持稳定。 Four pieces of carries with the same weight but different cell mass and surface areas were used for activation with carrier loading volume 2.5 %-2.5 % (w/v) the same as that in molasses alcohol factory. The results suggested that cartier surface area could make greater contribution than carrier cell mass to the activation velocity. Meanwhile, fed-batch constant-volume activation experiments were carried out for each carrier and the results showed that all four carries could afford constant flowing impact and keep stable flee yeast numbers in the liquid.
