分析了形成剑南春"芳香浓郁、纯正典雅、绵柔甘洌、丰满圆润、香味谐调、风格典型"独特酒体风味质量的主要因素,解析了酿造剑南春浓郁芬芳、丰满细腻的神韵和完美典雅的酒体风味质量特征的经典工艺特色,以及为酿造高品质剑南春所依托的核心技术支撑。
The unique flavor features of Jian ＇nanchun liquor are known as ＂strong and mellow aroma, pure and elegant taste, full liquor body and soft taste, and harmonious liquor flavor＂. In this paper, the main factors for the fomation of its unique flavor features were discussed. In addition, the classic production techniques of Jian＇nanchun liquor were introduced.
