摘要
对《徐霞客游记》中描写饮酒的资料进行了分析,真实写照了明代酒文化。明代酒文化内涵极为丰富,各地民风淳朴,徐霞客所饮之酒,多数为朋友相邀或村民所献。徐霞客饮酒有几个特点:每逢节日,必定饮酒;交游广泛,多为朋友设宴相邀;以酒御寒疗饥,偶尔染疾,也以酒为药。
The drinking custom described in XU Xia-ke Travel Notes is a vivid portrayal of wine culture in Ming Dynasty. In the record, wine cul- ture at that time was extremely colorful, people were simple and honest, ,and XU Xia-ke usually drunk with friends and unacquainted villagers. There were several characteristics in XU Xia-ke＇s drinking： drinking at festivals, drinking at banquet, drinking for keeping out the cold, and drinking for curing the disease occasionally.
