利用取代反应催化制备碳微球

The Catalytical Preparation of Carbon Microspheres Using Substitution Reaction

摘要 在180℃条件下,以铝和聚四氟乙烯为原料,三氯化铝作催化剂,苯作溶剂,制备洋葱状碳微球,并阐述了其可能的反应机理.利用这种方法,可选择其它卤代烃,金属粉末和Lewis酸,制备不同的碳质材料. Onion-like carbon microspheres were prepared using aluminium and teflon as materials,AlCl3 as catalyst,and benzene as solvent at 180℃.Its possible reaction mechanism was expounded.Using this method,it can prepare different carbonaceous materials with halogenated hydrocarbon,metal powder and Lewis acid.
