摘要
对白莲河抽水蓄能电站首台机组水泵工况启动的安全与技术问题进行了研究,分析了我国抽水蓄能电站首台机组启动的经验,提出了白莲河抽水蓄能电站首台机组启动调试过程中应该重点关注的试验项目,及对关键试验点控制的建议。
The problems of security and technology in complete set start-up of the first unit of Bailianhe Pumped Storage Power Station are studied and some related experiences at home are summarized.Then several key items of testing during the process of complete set start-up as well as the proposals on the control of key experimental points are put forward.
