甘肃康县地方茶树愈伤组织诱导研究

Callus induction of local tea plant from Kangxian in Gansu Province

以康县地方茶树的茎、叶为外植体诱导愈伤组织,比较了不同激素组合对茎、叶诱导愈伤组织的影响。结果表明,以幼叶和幼茎作为外植体能获得较多的愈伤组织;幼叶外植体的适宜培养基为MS+6-BA 1.5 mg/L+NAA 0.5 mg/L+KT 1.0 mg/L,幼茎外植体的适宜培养基为6-BA 0.5 mg/L+NAA 1.0 mg/L+2,4-D 2.0 mg/L。

The callus was induced with leaves and stem of local tea plant in Kangxian as explants and different hormone combinations effect on callus induction were compared.Results showed that the callus could be induced from young leaves and stem as explants.The optimal medium for the callus induction from young leaves was MS ＋ 6-BA（1.5mg/L） ＋ NAA（0.5mg/L） ＋ KT（1.0mg/ L）.The suitable medium from young stem as explants was MS ＋ 6-BA（0.5mg/L） ＋ NAA（1.0 mg/L） ＋ 2,4-D（2.0 mg/L）.
