青海大学水利水电工程本科专业毕业设计的问题及对策

The problems and countermeasures in graduation project major in water conservation and hydro power in Qinghai University

在广泛调研的基础上,分析了青海大学水利水电工程本科专业毕业设计教学工作中存在的诸如与就业工作相冲突、部分学生抄袭、日常管理困难和片面强调"一人一题"等问题。文章通过教学改革实践,探索了将毕业设计工作时间前移,培养学生创新和团队精神及选题模式的改进等对策建议。

Based on an extensive investigation,problems such as conflict of graduation project with job finding,plagiarizing,daily management and over-emphasizing＂one student,one project＂in the graduation project major in water conservation and hydro power were analyzed.Some countermeasures such as starting graduation project in advance,cultivation of creativity and teamwork spirit,and improving project selection were put forward.
