Application of insulin analogues to pediatrics

摘要 自1922年开始应用胰岛素治疗1型糖尿病（T1DM）以来，胰岛素已成为治疗T1DM不可或缺的药物。根据其来源和化学结构，胰岛素类药物可分为动物胰岛素、人胰岛素和胰岛素类似物。最早用于临床的普通结晶动物胰岛素因其抗原性强、杂质含量高等，已渐趋被淘汰。
