摘要 低血糖是糖尿病儿童胰岛素治疗过程中最常见的急性并发症，轻度低血糖可引起不同的可逆转的症状和体征，严重的长时间低血糖可引起惊厥甚至永久性中枢神经系统损伤。低血糖的发生还使患儿及其家长对胰岛素治疗产生严重的焦虑和恐慌，为实现血糖良好控制的重要障碍。血糖控制不理想又导致了糖尿病远期并发症高发，
