摘要
借鉴新加坡在居住区规划方面的成功经验,试图指出上海居住区的建设和管理中存在的问题,抛砖引玉地提出解决方案,目的是引起广大规划和建筑设计工作者、发展商和政府有关部门对有关问题的重视并提供参考意见。
The author refers to the successful development model of Singapore in residential quarter plan,tries to pinpoint these problems and provides initial suggestions and solutions,the purpose is to call the attention from planning and design professionals,developer and especially relevant governmental departments.
