社会主义的根本任务是发展生产力,要发展就必须改革,改革是经济社会发展的强大动力。"十二五"时期曲靖市经济社会发展面临新的形势和要求,只有加大改革力度,积极开拓创新和着力构建有利于曲靖市科学发展与和谐发展的机制体制,才能从制度上确保曲靖市在"十二五"时期继续保持经济社会快速健康协调发展。

The primary goal of socialism is to develop the productive forces,and the development needs reform because the reform is to provide great force for the development.During the period of the 12th Five-year plan,the economic and social development in Qujing are challenged by the new situation and demands,Qujing will maintain economic and social development rapidly and harmoniously only through the enhance of reform and innovation of the system of organization.
