摘要
在低剪切速率下,电流变流体(ERfluid)的剪切应力-剪切速率曲线上存在一非线性初始过渡区。对初始过渡区外电流变流体的流变特性进行了研究,结果表明,在过渡区外当剪切速率较高时,电流变流体表现为Bingham塑性流体;表观粘度在过渡区外变化很小,可近似为常数。
In the case of low shear rate, there is a nonlinear relationship between shear stress and shear rate of electrorheological (ER) fluids in original transition zone. This paper deals with the reheological properties of electrorheological fluids beyong the original transition zone, beyond which when shear stress is high, the electrorheological fluids behave like Bingham plastic fluids, and the variations in viscosities are so small that they are almost the constant.
