摘要
中国高校后勤改革应该借鉴新公共管理与新公共服务理论,走市场化道路,整合优化资源,引进竞争机制,进行人本审视,调适其定位,加强监管,维护师生"公共利益",以及促进师生积极参与,努力构建高校和谐后勤文化。
Universities in China should take new public management and new public service theory as reference to conduct their logistics reform,which should be modernized,integrate and optimize resources,introduce competition mechanism,take an examination from the perspective of humanism,adjust its orientation,strengthen its supervision,maintain the mutual benefits of both faculties and students,promotion the participation of faculties and students and build up harmonious logistic culture.
