Building Network of Party Construction Longitudinally in Newly-founded Universities

发挥党建工作的统领作用,是新建本科院校实现全方位转型和提升的必然要求。新建本科院校要从党建系统的纵向上来构建工作网络,即要从校党委、系党总支和基层党支部三级层面上明确各自的职责,充分发挥校党委总揽全局、协调各方的作用,系党总支政治核心、保证监督的作用,以及基层党支部的一线战斗堡垒作用。

Giving full scope to party construction is an essential requirement to roundly implement and promote newly-founded universities.The universities need to building network longitudinally from party construction system,that is,the universities need clear their work duties from three level of the university party committee,general party branches and the grass-roots party branch,fully strengthen the role of democratic supervision giving play to the role of commanding the overall situation and coordinating the efforts of all quarters of the university party committee,the political core of general party branches,and fighting bastion of the Party branch the party＇s basic organizations.
