日本国民收入倍增计划对我国分配改革的启示

Japan's National Income Double-Growth Plan and Its Inspiration to China's Reform of the Wage and Income Distribution

1960年,日本启动了为期10年的"国民收入倍增计划",促进了经济高速增长和国民生活水平提高,并成为经济起飞的基础和转折点。我国经过30年经济高速增长之后暴露出许多深层次问题,与实施计划前的日本相比不仅有一定的相似性,而且形势更为严峻。因此,应借鉴日本国民收入倍增计划的成功经验,加快我国收入分配制度改革,尽快确立合理、公平、共享的收入分配原则。

In 1960,Japan started for a ten-year-long plan of double-growth economic.It brought a rapid growth of economy and improved the standard of living which became the basis and the turning point of economy.In China,many deep-rooted problems exposed after thirty years rapid growth of economy.Compared with the situation in Japan before its economic plan,it not just has some similarity,but even worse.So we should learn form the successful experience of Japan＇s double-growth economic plan,to speed up the reform of the system for income distribution,and to establish a fair,equal share of,reasonable,income distribution principle.
