近年来,韶关市旅游业迅速发展,已经成为全市的支柱产业,加快旅游人才的培养与开发,时不可待。对韶关市旅游人才开发的现状及其成因进行分析,能够找出搞好韶关市旅游人才开发的若干对策。
In recent years,tourism in Shaoguan is developing rapidly,which has become pillar industry in the city.It is urgent and important to promote the development of tourism talents in Shaoguan.The article analyzes the development status and the problems of tourism talents in Shaoguan and suggests some countermeasures.
