回潮率在线检测系统

摘要 通过对国内纺织印染过程的分析,提出开发回潮率测控系统以减少能耗、改善产品质量的方法。针对回潮率控制大滞后系统的特点,采用Fuzzy-PID双模控制算法,经Matlab仿真,在LM3S1138微控制器上实现了在线监测。 The paper addresses the status of the domestic textile printing and dyeing industry,and bring forward an online moisture regain control system to solve the problems of large energy consumption and unstable quality of the printing.As it is a big lag system,Fuzzy-PID dual algorism is applied.It is first simulated in Matlab,then accomplished on the ARM Cortex-M3 architecture microcontroller LM3S1138.
