摘要
在对油封径向力测试系统方案分析的基础上,设计开发了带触摸屏的油封径向力测试系统,通过触摸屏设置各种变量,对系统电源、A/D采样、触摸屏、JTAG下载、液晶屏显示、打印、复位等模块进行了电路设计,并以ARM7为核心进行硬件方案设计,开发了系统软件,对系统各模块中的主要函数名称、功能、入口参数、出口参数等给出了必要的注释和说明,给出了系统在调试过程中出现的问题及解决方案。通过联机调试,系统运行稳定、性能良好。
Firstly,this article analyzes the radial force oil seal testing system with touch screen and the implementation feasibility of the process.Secondly,the paper presents the design of hardware which is based on the ARM7,with the detailed description of the power supply,A / D sampling,touch screen,JTAG download,LCD screen display,print,reset,standby power and ARM processing modules.In addition,the paper provides the framework of software design and programs,and describes the procedures of main program,ADC,ADS7843_DRV,Draw,GUI,RTC,and zimo in detail,and describes the main function of the module name,function,entry parameters and the export parameters.The descriptions are given with necessary notes.Finally,the paper presents the process in debug problems and solutions.The radial force oil seal testing system with touch screen has been tested on system.It can run stably and has good performance.The test results demonstrate that the design of the three-dimension force sensor is reasonable and reliable.
