高职财经类学生职业核心能力的内涵与培养

The Connotation and Cultivation of the Core Capability of Higher Vocational Students Who Major in Finance and Economy

职业核心能力不是职业专门能力,它具有普遍性特征,但对于不同大类专业的学生来说,其职业核心能力应该有所差别。现在的教育模式在这一方面没有差异,直接导致各个高职院校相同专业培养的学生产品在职业专门能力上少有特色,不同大类专业在职业核心能力方面也相差无几,难以适应市场需要和选择。要从长期和短期的"双视距"、职业专门能力和职业核心能力的"双标准"的视角认识高职财经类专业学生素质和能力的培养,在专业课教学中凝练职业核心能力,在第二课堂中打造职业核心能力,通过优化考核制度设计推进职业核心能力培养。

Different from professional specialty,the professional core capability is more general in character,yet it is varied from one specialty to another.However the current educational mode makes no distinctions between them.As a result,the students of the same major in different schools have less special features in terms of professional skills,and the students of different majors show little difference in terms of professional core capability,thus they can not meet the demand and choice of the market.The cultivation of professional capability should be understood in both long and short term perspectives,and be estimated by both standards of professional specialty and professional core capacity.The professional specialty should be concentrated on in specialized courses,while the professional core capability may be trained in second classes.The cultivation of professional core capacity can also be promoted by optimizing the evaluation system.
