顶岗实习是高职院校工学结合人才培养模式改革的主要途径和载体。把顶岗实习确定为一门课程加以建设和管理,从根本上突破传统人才培养范式,推进高职人才培养模式改革,提高高职人才培养质量。

Post-taking practice is the main form of the reform on talents training mode of combining learning with working in higher vocational colleges.So it is necessary to establish post-taking practice as a course to be constructed and supervised,which will fundamentally break through the traditional talents training mode,promote the reform of talents training mode and improve the talents training quality in higher vocational colleges.
