The goal of the computer simulate virtual experiment is for application,therefore,those technology with strong interactive effects,user friendly implementation,lower cost and shorter development cycle should be adopted.The three-dimensional technology and the Flash computer programming technology are more suitable for primary teachers in developing simulate virtual experiment and can meet the needs of open and distance education.
