The Georgia -Russia crisis is the first fierce conflict among the Central Asia countries after the end of cold war. Superficially it is the military result led by the contradictions of years between Russia and Georgia. However,it is actually the escalating competition between Russia and the USA for their interests in the Central Asia area,and it is indeed,with great gap in power,another round of the contest between Russia and the USA in Central Asia.
