舞蹈教学的过程,不仅仅是舞蹈教师掌握教材和运用教材施教的过程,同时也是教师把不利于教学、学习的人的消极因素转化为积极因素的过程。这就要求舞蹈教师不但要拥有专业的技能技巧和艺术表现力,而且应掌握一些心理学知识,不断提高自己的文化修养和艺术修养,把它们正确运用于教学中,使教学方法更加合理,更加完善。

The dancing class is process for teachers＇to make a clear understanding and make best use of the textbooks,and to transform all the passive factors into active ones in teaching. Therefore,the teachers who teaching dancing class should be qualified in professional teaching skills,artistic expressions,and certain knowledge of psychology,culture and arts. The teachers should also apply all their knowledge to a better classroom teaching.
