HLPC法测定清热解毒口服液中绿原酸的含量

Content determination of Chlorogenic acid in Qingre Jiedu Oral liquid by HPLC

目的:建立HPLC测定清热解毒口服液中绿原酸含量的方法。方法:选用Eclipse DCB-C18色谱柱(4.6 mm×150 mm,5μm);以甲醇-3%冰醋酸(12∶88)为流动相;检测波长:327 nm,流速:1.0 ml/min。结果:绿原酸在0.050 4～0.504 0μg范围内呈良好的线性关系(r=0.999 9),平均回收率为98.5%,RSD=1.16%(n=5)。结论:本法简便、准确、重复性好,可用作清热解毒口服液的质量控制。

Objective： To establish a method for determination the content of Chlorogenic acid in Qingre Jiedu Oral liquid by HPLC.Methods： The Eclipse DCB-C18 column（4.6 mm ×150 mm,5 μm） was used,the mobile phase was methanol-3%acetic acid solution（12∶88）.The flow rate was 1.0 ml/min and the detection wavelength was 327 nm.Results： The lin-ear range of Chlorogenie acid was 0.050 4-0.504 0 μg（r=0.999 9）.The average recovery was 98.5% with a RSD of 1.16%（n=5）.Conclusion： This method is simple,sensitive and reproducibility.It can be used for quality control of Qingre Jiedu Oral liquid.
