参附联合苦碟子注射液治疗慢性肺心病急性期合并心衰的临床应用价值

Clinical value of Shenfu combined with Kudiezi Injection in treatment of acute exacerbation of chronic pulmonary heart disease complicated by heart failure

目的:观察参附联合苦碟子注射液治疗慢性肺心病急性期合并心衰的临床疗效。方法:60例患者随机分为两组,对照组30例给予西医常规治疗;治疗组30例在对照组治疗基础上加用参附注射液和苦碟子注射液静脉滴注。结果:治疗组总有效率(93.3%)与对照组(80.0%)相比,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗组在升高动脉血氧分压、降低二氧化碳分压、改善血液流变学指标方面均优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:参附注射液联合苦碟子注射液对慢性肺心病急性加重期合并心衰的患者疗效显著。

Objective： To observe the efficacy of Shenfu combined with Kudiezi Injection in treatment of acute exacerba-tion of chronic pulmonary heart disease complicated by heart failure.Methods： 60 patients were randomly divided into control group and treatment group.30 cases in the control group were treated with conventional Western medical method,30 cases in the treatment group were added Shenfu and Kudiezi Injection based on conventional Western medical treatment method.Results： Treatment group was better than control group on the total effective rate,blood gas analysis and hemorheol-ogy change（P〈0.05）.Conclusion： Shenfu combined with Kudiezi Injection can improve the efficacy of acute exacerbation of chronic pulmonary heart disease complicated by heart failure.
