食管癌术后并发包裹性脓胸12例诊治分析

The clinical analysis for 12 cases of complicating encapsulated empyema of postoperative esophageal carcinoma

目的:探讨食管癌术后并发包裹性脓胸的诊治和预防。方法:回顾性分析了2002年2月～2008年6月收治的12例食管癌中术后并发包裹性脓胸患者的临床资料。结果:全组患者均治愈。结论:预防食管癌术后包裹性脓胸的发生很重要,一旦明确诊断,应尽早采取有效治疗措施,以取得最佳治疗效果。

Objective： To investigate the effective prevention and therapeutic methods for complicating encapsulated empyema of esophageal carcinoma.Methods： Clinical data from 12 cases of complicating encapsulated empyema of esophageal carcinoma receiving operation from February 2002 to June 2008 were retrospectively analyzed.Results： All cases were cured.Conclusion： It is important for us to prevent the occurrence of complicating encapsulated empyema of postoperative esophageal carcinoma.If the definite diagnosis was once known,to acquire the best treatment effectiveness,various kinds of measures should be adopted as early as possible.
