高校思想政治工作中的“形式”及对策刍议

On the Harms of Formalistic Work Style for Ideological Education in Universities and Solutions

形式主义在高校思想政治工作中的表现主要有:学习方面不能理论联系实际;教育方面不能因人而异;动机方面谋求虚名。形式主义的工作方法容易使高校思想政治工作的理论依据发生动摇,削弱高校思政工作的实效性。形式主义的产生原因相当复杂,既有主观方面的认识、方法问题,又有客观因素的干扰。克服高校思想政治工作中形式主义须从三方面入手:一是提高高校思想政治工作者的工作能力;二是高校思想政治理论课避免流于形式;三是建立健全考核标准。

The formalistic work style finds its way in the ideological education in universities in such aspects as learning without combining theories with realities;teaching without showing respect for students＇ individualities;and working only for fames.Certainly such a work style brings harms to the ideological education by weakening its theoretical foundation and realistic efficiency.Though the formalistic work style has come into being because of various reasons,it needs to be eliminated by three possible ways：（1） to improve the competence of the teachers for ideological education;（2） to reform the ideological course teaching;and（3） to establish a healthy evaluation system.
