摘要
以苯、三氯化磷等为原料合成苯基二氯化膦,对反应条件进行了研究,在优化的条件下:n(苯)∶n(三氯化铝)∶n(三氯化磷)=1.0∶1.0∶3.0;反应时间5 h;收率达到84.5%,纯度为98.4%。采用三氯氧磷作为配合剂有效地去除了催化剂三氯化铝,而由三氯氧磷与三氯化铝形成的配合物可以进一步处理变成水处理剂出售。利用溶剂石油醚对产品混合物进行洗涤,使产品溶解在石油醚中,提高了产品收率。回收的三氯化磷,石油醚可以继续循环使用,反应产生的氯化氢气体经吸收后变成盐酸出售,进一步降低了生产成本。
Dicholrophenylphosphine was made from Benzene and Phosphorus Trichloride,the optimization of synthetic condition was studied with the following result:n(C6H6)∶n(AlCl3)∶n(PCl3)=1.0∶1.0∶3.0,the reaction time 5h,and the yield was 84.5% with 98.4% purity.By using a new complexing agent POCl3 to remove the catalyst AlCl3 effectively,the complexing compound was further turned into water treatment agent.Washing reaction mixture with petroleum ether made the products dissolve in petroleum ether and increase the product yield.The recycle of PCl3 and petroleum ether can further reduce the product cost.Also HCl can be absorbed by water for sale.
