活性炭催化臭氧氧化深度处理印染废水 被引量:11

摘要 结合常州市某印染污水厂现有工艺,采用活性炭催化臭氧氧化法对二沉池出水进行深度处理研究。结果表明,该法对印染废水深度处理有良好的效果。在pH为11,反应时间60 min,AC负载催化剂投量50 g/L,臭氧投量6.5 mg/min的条件下,对COD、NH3-N、TN、TP、色度的去除率分别为83.59%、65.71%、54.72%、79.65%和95.83%。出水指标达到了《太湖地区城镇地区水处理厂及重点工业行业主要水污染物排放限值》(DB32/1072-2007)的标准。 With the existing technology of a printing and dyeing wastewater treatment plant in Changzhou,the activated carbon catalytic ozonation method was used in advanced treatment of wastewater which came out of the second-level processing.The results showed that this process had a good effect on advanced treatment.Under the conditions of pH 11,reaction time 60min,doped-AC catalyst dosage 50g/L and ozone 6.5mg/min,the removal rates of COD,NH3-N,TN,TP and color were 83.59%,65.71%,54.72%,79.65% and 95.83%.The effluent quality can meet the standard of the main water pollutant discharge limits of sewage treatment plant in Taihu Lake area(DB32/1072-2007).
