热油管线安全优化运行技术研究

Investigation on Optimal Operation of Oil Pipeline

针对锦沥热油管线线工程实际,以总能耗费用最小为原则,以各站进站温度为决策变量,建立了该管线优化运行的数学模型,将这个数学模型看作二维资源分配问题,采用两层嵌套法的优化思想求解该模型,并编写计算软件。通过实际运行方案和优化运行方案对比分析可以看出,优化后每天可节约运行总费用9千元,经济效益可观。

With the characteristic of the oil pipeline in view,the optimal operation model of long distance heated crude oil pipeline was established,which the principle was minimum energy consumption costs and the decision variables were oil temperature in station and pump scheme.The optimization model can be see as the question of two dimension resource allocating,just as the best resource allocation between total pressure and total heat.Two-layer nesting method was used to solve this model and the software was developed.By the comparing results between actually running and optimization running,it was learned that optimization total costs significantly decrease and the model has practical value.
