96例心律失常患者冠脉造影结果分析

Analysis of coronary artery visualization in arhythmia patients

目的研究不明原因的心律失常与冠状动脉病变之间的关系。方法 96例不明原因心律失常患者根据冠脉造影结果分为阳性组和阴性组。比较两组之间临床资料特点及心律失常类型。结果冠脉造影阳性组较阴性组合并有更多的临床症状、心血管病危险因素及心电图缺血改变,两组比较差异有显著性(P<0.05),阳性组中病窦综合征、房室传导阻滞及室性心律失常三种心律失常比阴性组多见,两组比较差异有显著性(P<0.05)。结论心律失常患者合并冠脉病变多与临床症状、心血管病危险因素及心电图缺血改变等临床特点有关,而心律失常类型中,病窦综合征、房室传导阻滞及室性心律失常三者冠脉病变阳性率高,应尽早行冠脉造影以确定下一步治疗方案。

Objective To explore the relationship between arhythmia with unknown reasons and pathological changes of coronary artery.Methods According to the coronary artery visualization results,96 patients with arhythmia were divided into positive and negative groups.The clinical data were compared.Results There were more clinical symptoms,risk factors for angiocardiopathy as well as ischemic changes displayed on electrocardiogram in patients from the positive group,with significant difference between the two groups（P0.05）.At the same time,more cases in the positive group show off three arhythmia types of sick sinus syndrome,atrial ventricular block and ventricular arrhythmia,and a significant difference could be found between the two groups（P0.05）.Conclusion Arhythmia associate with pathological changes of coronal artery often are related to clinical symptoms,risk factors for angiocardiopathy as well as ischemic changes on electrocardiogram.
