腹腔镜手术治疗妇科休克型腹腔内出血的临床价值

The clinical value of laparoscopic surgery in treating with intraperitoneal hemorrhage

目的探讨腹腔镜手术治疗妇科休克型腹腔内出血的临床价值。方法将106例妇科休克型腹腔内出血患者随机分为两组,腹腔镜组51例,开腹组55例,分别统计两组的进腹时间、手术时间、腹腔出血量、术后排气时间、术后下床活动时间和住院时间,并进行对比分析。结果腹腔镜组的手术时间、术后排气时间、术后下床活动时间、住院时间,比开腹组明显缩短,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组的进腹时间、腹腔出血量比较,差异无统计学意(P>0.05)。结论腹腔镜手术治疗妇科休克型腹腔内出血较开腹手术有一定优势,值得有条件的医院推广应用。

Objective To investigate the clinical value of laparoscopic surgery on treatment of gynecological shock type intraperitoneal hemorrhage.Methods 106 cases of gynecological shock type intraperitoneal hemorrhage were randomly divided into two groups,including 51 cases in laparoscopic surgery group and 55 cases in laparotomy group.The time of entering the abdominal cavity,time duration of operation,volume of blood loss in abdominal cavity,time of gas passage by anus after surgery,time of out-of-bed activity after surgery,length of stay were observed.Results The time duration of operation,time of gas passage by anus after surgery,time of out-of-bed activity after surgery,length of stay in laparoscopic surgery group were obviously shorter than that of laparotomy group（P0.05）.For the time of entering the abdominal cavity and the volume of blood loss in abdominal cavity,there was no statistically significant difference between the two groups（P0.05）.Conclusion Compared with laparotomy,laparoscopic surgery has certain superiority in treating with gynecological shock type intraperitoneal hemorrhage.
