摘要
目的探讨妇科手术中致输尿管损伤的治疗及预防。方法对8例妇科手术操作中所致输尿管损伤的病例进行回顾性分析和总结。结果经过对8例病例的临床分析发现,妇科手术所致的输尿管损伤多发生在妇科恶性肿瘤手术中,术中能及时发现并处理得当,预后较好。结论妇科手术导致输尿管损伤是较少见的,但并发症较为严重。术前全面检查、熟练掌握盆腔局部解剖关系、严格操作规程是预防术中损伤的关键。
Objective To research the treatment and prevention of ureteral injury by gynecologic surgery.Methods 8 cases of ureteral injury by gynecologic surgery were retrospectively analyzed.Results Ureteral injury caused by gynecological surgery most occurred at gynecological malignancies operation.The prognosis depended on the methods of treatment.Conclusion The keys to prevent ureteral injury are preoperative screening and strict operating rules.
