动脉粥样硬化患者血清瘦素水平与血小板聚集功能的相关研究 被引量:1

摘要 瘦素是脂肪组织表达的一种蛋白质产物,通过下丘脑发挥抑制食欲,减少能量摄入、增加能量消耗进而减轻体重的生物学作用。近年来大量临床研究显示瘦素可促使血小板功能异常及纤溶系统调节失调,也促进了动脉硬化的发生发展。本文就瘦素与血小板聚集功能的关系予以综述。
