转子测量面误差对振动信号影响的分析和消除

摘要 在分析了回转机械振动测量面形状误差引起的虚假振动信号的基础上,总结了虚假振动的信号特征和全息谱特征,提出了一种消除此虚假振动信号的方法,给出了两种获取形状误差模板信号的方法。阐述了模板信号的重采样原理。最后通过实验对笔者提出的方法进行了验证。实验结果表明:笔者提出的方法能有效地消除振动信号中由测量面形状误差引起的虚假振动信号分量。 After analyzing the illusory signal generated by the shape error at the measurement section of a rotating machine,the characteristics of the vibration signal and the holo-spectrum are analyzed and summarized. A new method is put forward for the elimination of the illusory signal caused by the section error. Methods for obtaining the template signal of the shape error are also presented. The theory of template signal re-sampling is expounded. Finally,experiment is carried out to verify the performance of the proposed method. The result of the experiment shows that the proposed method can effectively remove the illusory signal components from the vibration signal.
