摘要
从现有机构出发,利用拓扑理论,将梳毛机推毛板的原始机构转变为了机构拓扑图。结合机构的数目综合理论,将其转化为一般化运动链。然后通过构件间连接关系的变化和运动副的不同配置,派生出了与原始机构具有相同或相近功能的一系列新型机构设计方案,为实现机构的自动综合创造了条件。
Based on the existing mechanism and the topological theory,the primitive structure of the pushing-upboard of a carding machine is turned to topological structure. Then,using the theory of number synthesis of the mechanism,we further change it into a generalized kinematic chain. By changing the relations between the parts of the mechanism and using different configurations of a kinematic pair,a new series of mechanism designs,same with or similar to the primitive mechanism in function,are derived,which can be used to achieve automatic synthesis.
