复合材料低速冲击及剩余压缩强度实验研究 被引量:7

摘要 为了研究复合材料低速冲击特性和冲击损伤对剩余压缩强度的影响,对复合材料层合板进行落锤冲击实验和冲击后压缩实验。冲击实验中,采用声发射和超声C扫描技术对损伤过程和损伤大小进行监测。讨论了冲击能量对冲击响应、损伤面积以及剩余压缩强度的影响;最后对比分析了树脂基复合材料与陶瓷基复合材料在损伤阻抗和损伤容限上的差异。 To study low-speed impact properties and residual compressive strength of composite laminates,dropweight tests and compressive failure tests after impact were carried out. Acoustic emission technique was used to monitor damage initiation and propagation. Ultrasonic C-scan was used to determine the damage area. The effects of impact energy on impact response,damage area and residual compressive strength were studied. The difference of damage resistance and damage tolerance between resin matrix composites and ceramic matrix composites was determined and analyzed.
