女性气质是指以女性为主体所反映出来的具有女性性别普遍性和特殊性的性别特点。根据美国人类学家米德的研究成果,性别气质更多是被建构出来的而不是先天存在的。中国少数民族由于其社会文化环境的不同,其女性气质具有民族性、地域性、变迁性、多元性等特点。少数民族女性气质的形成是与家庭、社会塑造分不开的,同时,少数民族女性气质塑造与民族文化的关系十分紧密。

Female temperament is the common as well as specific gender feature of women as a subject.According to the research achievement of American anthropologist Mead,the gender temperament is more cultivated than innately existed.The female temperament of Chinese Ethnic Minorities has the feature of nationality,locality,variation and diversity owing to the different social and cultural environment.The form of Chinese ethnic minority female temperament is inseparable to the family and social cultivation as well as the culture of different ethnic minorities.
